I use this program for converting ASF or WMV to AVI or MPEG/VOB to AVI. You may also convert to FLV or SWF.

Although less powerful, I like AVC a lot better than MediaCoder! I also gave up ASFTools and Avidemux for this program. I haven’t been disappointed yet!
