Working with layers in Pinnacle?

   Does anyone know if and how I would layer a video on top of a jpg? The video is small, not full screen quality(from Camera), so I want to put it on top of jpeg. I'm using pinnacle 10.
   Do I need to upgrade or is there a better software to do this with ?

   Does Pinacle 10 have Picture in picture? If so, you can put the jpeg on the upper timeline and the video on the lower one. Then click on the little camera symbol just to the top left of the timeline window while you have the video highlighted and sort out the settings/presets for the PIP.

   That's how it works in Studio 12, although there are much better programs, with more control over size, position, animation etc.
