What fee to charge for TV-type ads

   I have developed 10  30 sec ads for internal marketing (inside the store targeted to customers) that are like TV ads. If I write the scripts (I have), shoot, edit and burn DVDs to be distributed to a statewide chain of shops, what would be a reasonable price to charge? I want to sell the idea as a subscription service so that I would update the ads every 6 months.
