Fast cuts may help

You pick a topic that may lend itself to go "viral", but I honeslty believe there is no clear way, formula or topics that are 100% certain to go viral.

Here are my suggestions:

Make more appealing backgrounds
Edit with fast cuts (changing camera angles really fast).
Try adding a cat to your videos. Apparently cats help videos go viral (I honestly don't know why on Earth cats). You could add a cat popping the ballons.
Put a photo of the real actors of Twilight in the ballon.
