Wedding video service contract?

   Hi all! I am looking to get some direction on getting a video service contract made. Is there anywhere online that has a generic form that a guy could start with? Would anyone out there be willing to lend a hand and let me see a copy of what you use?? It is mostly for weddings right now. Thanks everyone! My fax # is 507-529-0020
