Videomaker Magazine PDF

    Hello All,

   I emailed cutomer service asking if a PDF version of the magazine was available to current subscribers of the magazine and they wrote back that there was and I was welcome to sign up for it via the website however, I've looked all over the site and can't find where I can sign up. Can someone please help me? Thanks.

   I don't know if you will get any joy from it, but the "shopping" tab on this website appears to have something regarding digital downloads, access to issues??? I didn't follow through, but I would say either that, or a more extensive communication to customer service might be in order. Good luck and Happy New Year.

   Yeah I saw that as well but I think I will have to contact customer service again to get clarification Thanks anyway.

   We just started doing this for our February issue. So we only have February and March so far.

   • Go to the Magazine tab, then click on Manage Your Subscription.
   • When prompted, you will need to login using information from the label of your magazine.
   • Click on View Magazine Online.
   • Finally... just click on an issue to view the PDF.

   That was a crock.  It just took me right back to the main page. Below are the steps I followed (in bold).

   • Go to the Magazine tab, then click on Manage Your Subscription.   CHECK
   • When prompted, you will need to login using information from the label of your magazine. CHECK
   • THE NEXT STEP I WAS SENT TO WAS TO UPDATE MY EMAIL ADDRESS.
   • Click on View Magazine Online.  THIS OPTION WAS NOT THERE. ONCE IT PUT IN MY EMAIL ADDRESS, NOTHING HAPPENED.
   • Finally... just click on an issue to view the PDF.  AGAIN, THIS OPTION WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

   Can you please update this post with the correct instructions.  Thanks.

   The instructions are correct, however the system was temporarily broken. About a week ago we changed our subscription system. It was changed to prompt for an email address if we don't have one on file for your subscription. Unfortunately, in some cases it continued to prompt after it was entered. Sorry for the inconvenience.

   On the brighter side, we now have the November 2008 through March 2009 issues online.

   If you have any additional trouble logging in, please send an email to customerservice@videomaker.com with your subscriber number.
