I just started using " Any Video Converter " to convert the M2TS video files from my Panasonic HDC-HS100 camcorder.
The default settings seem to work OK, but is there a rule of thumb when changing the codec, bitrate. etc ?
I have NO CLUE what each option does or what they mean. In this program, the DVD NTSC Video Movie option seems to yield the best quailty.....not the MPEG2 or AVI choice.
I just want to convert & maybe do a little editing with WMM or burn to disc & play on standard DVD player.
