   There are lots of business management software out there that manage customers, sales, shipping etc...
   
   Does anyone know of (or use) software more specific for running a Video Production business?

   There's gotta be something. There's nothing like a good piece of software that handles your tasks. I've used Outlook Express for other things, but commercial software is great.

   What are the tasks that you're looking for?
   
   Most of our business comes from our websites. Our reservations calendar is automated and run from the web pages. Our demo requests are handled on our website. Customer information forms are on our website.
   
   Business-wise, we run everything off of three apps - our web application, Outlook and Quickbooks.
   
   I just started programming a web visitor tracking application, because after checking everything out there, I couldn't find anything that really told the story in a way that would help us make our website more efficient and get more sales. So, I would add web-tracking to the applications listed above.
