transition plugin no longer works

   I used to use the luminance plugin from here: http://www.endor.demon.co.uk/ but it doesn't work (or install correctly) with Vegas Pro 9.  I was going to try and move the DLL to the correct folder.  Anybody know where vegas put the transition DLL's?
