Timecode duration and final exported clip timecode do not match

   Im kinda new to editing. Im working with FCE and i have a clip i've been working on and I have finished it. The clip is 30 sec long. When I uploaded the clip to youtube it shows 31 sec. Can anyone tell me what Im missing to cause it to be a sec longer?
