Timecode does not match

   Im kinda new to editing. Im working with FCE and i have a clip i've been working on and I have finished it. The clip is 30 sec long. When I uploaded the clip to youtube it shows 31 sec. Can anyone tell me what Im missing to cause it to be a sec longer?

   is the clip 30 seconds or 30 seconds and some odd number of frames?

   Youtube rounds frames up. 29.20 is the running time of a 30 second spot.
