the data cannot be imported on adobe premiere pro v7

   hello guys, could you all help me please..

   the .f4v file or .mpeg file cannot be imported and they cannot be converted using media encoder cs4. but when i used media encoder cs5 the data can be converted. (it's on the same notebook pc)

   why is it? i'm a real newbie here. this's my first time using premiere pro 7

    It may have something to do with the available video codec (COmpression/DECompresion) files. CS5 may have more up-to-date codec files available to it.
