stuck tape Sony VX 2100 - 32:10 error code

   Hi
   I have a problem with a tape that got stuck in a Sony VX 2100. When I`m pushing the eject switch the cassette lid is opening but the compartment doesn’t. If I try to start the camera in record mode I get the 32:10 error code which means "C:31:20 - Take-up reel side tape slacking when unloading".
   Do you have any ideas?

   well, you have a tape mechanism malfunction, you will have to get the camera serviced, and I would estimate parts would run between $30 and $75 dollars....
