Sony Trv-38 or Sony HC-65?

   Is there any advantage to getting sony's last years model TRv-38 as opposed to HC-65? If I'm not mistaken, the TRV-38 is more expensive in terms of MSRP than the HC-65 so I was wondering whether there's any features or quality issues that is not present in the HC-65. Thanks for the input.

   I bought a sony 38 last year and love every minute using it. The best function for me is the on camera editing. It helps to minimize the need to edit later on. Moreover, it has the option of manual focusing. Handling is extremely easy. It pays to get the Sony quality.
