Sony DXC-M3

   Hello, does any of you have (or ever used) an old Sony DXC-M3?  I recently got one but there's no power supply nor VTR with it.  I would like to know how I could hook up 12V DC to power it up and possibly hook up a video monitor to it (at least I can find out if it's still working).  Many thanks in advance.

   Hi Dan,

   I used an M-3 for years. Tubes finally died. I may have found a used one, which I am looking for because this camera has unique properties for generating "video feedback" (old-school pre-digital video art technique). You most definitely need a power supply or an old Sony 3/4" or SVHS recorder to fire it up. If I an lucky in my quest to get a used M-3 package I might be able to sell you an old power supply. I may know where a few more are as well. Keep in touch. I am new to this forum but will check back.
