Software based Video Mixer

   I'm looking for a professional software based video mixer that I can run on a computer.  My purpose is to run at least two cameras, switch back and forth between shots and capture the mixed version of the video to the hardrive.

    Can anyone recommend any products.  I realize I could by a video mixer.  However, I want to keep it to a computer, two cameras and accessories.
