Silent film effect: panasonic camcorder and final cut

    Hi! I need to make the silent film effect...I have imovie and final cut. I don't have a camera that can change the speed. I just have a normal run of the mill cam. How do I get the sped up, jittery old film look and also where do I find title cards for the dialogue?
