I wanted to know if anyone who has this camera, or knows any tips on shooting in low light with a TRV-950. I often shoot events that are in low light, where its not practical to light the scene, (ie singing, dance performances, etc).

I usually shoot on manual mode, with the exposure dialed all the way up, shooting at either 1/60 or 1/30 shutter speed. Any other tips I can do on camera?

    Thanks!

Many 3-CCD cams have a gain adjustment (+6db/+12db in my VX2000). If yours does you can push to its limit, although the higest setting may introduce some noise to your video.
