Seminar Video Rights

   A question came up about the rights of the videographer to use/own rights to footage shot at a seminar that they were paid to shoot. Just what are the rights the videographer has? I've tried some searches, but nothing definitive at this level.

   I think it would depend on their contract. Our contracts all state that we have non-exclusive rights to use, distribute, etc. unless a fee of X$$$ is paid. No one has ever paid the fee to avoide giving us rights.
