Same person x2 in one shot effect??

   Hi!
   
   I would like to know how they do they effect seen on FLIP THAT HOUSE where on the screen you seen the person sitting and talking, where at the same time that person gets up and moves around doing things in the background. Is it a split screen?
   
   I am a novie and I have FCE 3.5

   Generally it's just two videos that are overlayed on to each other. One being a green screen and the other reagular footage. That is the simpliest way to put it.
