removing superimposed date

   Somehow the Date Record was "on" on my A1U and all my shots have the date stamped on every frame.  Is there any possible way to remove this stamp from the video?  HELP!

   once recorded, the only way to remove it is by masking out the area of the stamp in an editing application.

   This would typically involve frame by frame touchups to make it look right (ie. 30 seconds = 900 frame touchups using a clone tool)....good luck!
