remove background noise in premiere pro 2

   I recently shot this clip for a film I am doing for my high school.

   I was lucky enough to be able to use my school's XL2, but I had to move back about 20 feet to take advantage of the camera's focus. I had to up the audio 20dB and now there is obvious background noise. How can I remove it without muddying up the voices.
