This used to work before and I used it many times in the past, but now, when I do "Frame Hold" on a clip... it doesn't "hold" but plays normaly in the timeline. What's strange is, that when I choose "view frames" for the track... it shows ONLY the last frame on the whole clip (if I choose to frame hold on out-point f course).

What is wrong? Why isn't the clip holding on the frame I choose? (I played around with ALL the options... "Hold On", "Hold Filters"... etc... same problem.

I would just export the frame and put it back in, which is what i've always done.
