Premiere Pro CS4 Question

   Hello everyone,

   i was just wondering if premiere pro cs4 can take pictures off the video?? the source monitor? i was looking to get some stills was wondering if it is possible to do this? and if so how is the quality of the picture? can it be blown up to poster size? Thanks
