Please, need help: Premiere doesn't lunch

   Hi, everybody,

   I'm new in this field. I installed premiere CS4 and whan i wanna star a new project, it let me go to the first 2 setting windows and than does not respond anynore.

   I'm using XP SP3.

   Where do I start?

   Have you ever tried to restart it. This is usually workable for this situation. And you should make sure that your pc's system must meet the minimum requirement for Premiere CS4. You'd better close other applications when Premiere CS4 is running. I got this instruction for running Premiere CS4: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/405/kb405950.html. Hope it will troubleshoot your  problem.
