Pixels on my Titles in FCP 6

   Hi all, Can someone help me to have clean Title in my Videos with  FCP? I using FCP 6 and most of time when I do my titling there is always some pixels on my Titles. I have been having this issues for long time..this is the me to deal with it now.. I am sure someone in here has come across this issue.. any hep will be much appreciated. I have the same issues with My Adobe as premiere pro as well.
