PIP in Studio 12

    Having a little difficulty in getting the PIP to work in a sequence that I'm editing.

   This is surfing footage... the main clip is slowed to 50% and the PIP over lay is slowed to 40% with a 50% transparency...

   On playback, it flickers the PIP overlay on and off...

   I'm sure that its just me doing something wrong... the program has been sick so far ;)

   Any help would be appreciated!
