Panasonic AG-HMC150 AVCCAM vs. AG-HPX170 P2HD

   I want to upgrade form my Sony PD170 to HD. I shoot wedding, corporate events, lectures. I'm looking for advice as to if the 170 has a superior image over the 150 and worth the cost of the memory for the type of work I do. I have a 2.8 intel core 17 2 w/ 8GB 1067 MHz DDR2 DDR3 memory.
