other video hosting sites

   what are some of the best video hosting sites, besides youtube

   i've had some problems with youtube in that other websites get my videos on their page.. and some of these pages have xxx in the title... not a good sign when a possible future employer asks for your youtube name (or email which my youtube happens to be the same as...)

   so yeah, any other good video hosting?
