I am starting a documentary in the next month and am looking into purchasing this or a Canon Vixia Model. I am on a budget, but I can afford about $600 on the camcorder. I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this camera for the type of work, interviews and such, as I will require a mic for it.
I'll probably be running Sony Vegas for the Editing software.
