We all started with a single camera, and as our shooting skills improved we outgrew cameras and needed new equipment to "get the shot".

I find myself in need of an on-camera monitor for my fx-1's. B&H shows several models with the ever-present wide range in prices. The affordable models offer 1440x234... what's up with the line count? Can you still determine focus with these models?

What model do you guys have? Would you recommend them to a friend?

Anything to look out for? Models to avoid?
