NTSC to Pal conversion

   Any one know of a conversion program to convert NTSC to PAL ?
   
   I Have a NTSC DV tape that I want to edit into my PAL DV footage
   
   NTSC is 29.97 frames per secod or thereabouts and Pal is 25,
   Studio 9 plus will not allow two types of frame rates in the same project.
   
   Any suggestions????
