News scroller (like at the bottom of the screen during the news report)

    how can i make a scroller like at the bottom of the screen during the news report in Sony Vegas 8 Platinum (not pro)??

   any help would be appreciated!

   type out your text on a line, go to the placement tab, move the text all the way to the right so that it's just of the edge of the screen, that is your first keyframe, go to the last frame of the event, move the text all the way to the left on the same axis and set a keyframe at that point and voila a news ticker
