Need recommendation on Head Cleaning Service for VX2100

   Have a 18 month old VX2100 with less than 100 hours on it, but I am getting the "cleaning cassette" message the last two times out. The sony head cleaning tape doesn't seem to help and I can't get much off the Sony site for an authorized service center. I've tried some on-line mega stores (B & H, Calumet and others) and have had no luck. I don't want to try this one on my own and take a chance on the next wedding I shoot.
   
   Can anyone recommend a good service center that I can send off my camera to for a good head cleaning.
