   This is our 5th annual contest and is expected to be our best yet.
   Come join in the fun !!

   Contest 1
   Open Category
   You may use any tools at your disposal
   Must be no more than 3 minutes long
   Must follow the theme, Because There Are Stories To Tell

   Contest 2
   Photoshop and Premiere Elements Only
   May only use any combination of Photohshop Elements and Premiere Elements, any versions.
   Must follow the theme, Because There Are Stories To Tell
   Must be no more than 3 minutes long

   Winning Entries Will Be Chosen As Follows:
   Overall Grand Prize
   Peoples Choice Award
   Technical Merit/Editing Award
   1st and 2nd place for each contest
   That's 7 prizes in all.

   Entries will be accepted starting at 6am Eastern Time on March 30th 2009.
   Entry deadline is 9pm Eastern Time on May 3rd 2009
