mac editing application

   hello, i have a mac and im currently saving up for an hd camera, and i was wondering what the best application for a mac is for movie editing. id prefer something under 200$, but slightly over is ok.  the types of videos i will be making range from short sketch shows and short films. im up to all suggestions, thank you.

     Final Cut Express is the only way to go, and it costs $200. The learning is a bit steep, but everything you learn on FCX will transfer, if you ever need to upgrade to Final Cut Pro. Good luck.
