Looking for Windows app to display DV out on screen -Please

   Greetings:
   
   I need to display the output of two DV cameras on an XP screen. I am looking for an application that will cleanly or simply (no menus if possible) display the output of the DV cam on resizeable window. Since, I need to display the output of 2 dv cams, I may need to run multiple instances of the application. A clean windows split screen solution will also work as well.
   
   What the application will do is very basic but I cannot seem to find an application that will just give me a clean window. That is, just a window with no menus or title bars.
   
   I certainly appreciate any input.
   
   P.S. We will reroute the output to a vga scanconverter and capture to DVD.
