  1.  So as some of you may have read in the gopro thread I started concerning putting a video together using my new GoPro from my motorcycle.  I'm held up at the moment, waiting to gain access to a skyline board room in oder to get the skyline shot of amarillo tx.  Am I right in thinking that I will have to either submit the video to the building owner for approval before uploading, and or will I just need to get a location release signed?

    Thanks

    Hi Joshua,

It will depend on your agreement with the owner of the building, but typically all that is needed is a signed location release form. Check out Keeping it Legal with Location and Artist Release Forms for more information. You can find a sample release form within that article or you can download our Book of Forms, which has a variety of legal forms you can use for your productions.

    Good luck!

  3.  Thank you very much.  Hopefully I'm able to get the shot soon so I can upload the video.  Always looking for helpful advise.

If I understand correctly, nothing needs to be signed. You just need permission to be in the building.
