Loading still pictures into Pinnacle

   I am using Pinnacle Studio 8. When I try to load a still picture into the album the program becomes non responsive. Do I need to save the still in a special format?

   I use this software most often for mixing video and still picture content with no problems. I usually use JPEG format but can also use Bitmap.
   
   Maybe reinstalling your software will fix the problem for you.?

   I have found that using mpeg is very difficult when editing. Try converting to AVI if you can.

   Make sure that your pictures are not GIFs, as they will not work with Pinnacle.
