Lighting for video and stills photogrpahy

   Hi, I'm looking for lighting that can be used in continous mode or video - predominently product videos and some short interviews. But I would also like to use the lighting for product photography in a light box or similar.

   As a novice and new I'm hoping to keep the cost fairly low.
