JVC GZ-HD6 Filenames

   I just purchased the GZ-HD6 cam and was wondering if there are any ways of changing the default filename of all images or videos? Can it be set to the date and time etc or a certain name or number??

   I doubt your camcorder settings will allow you to change the filenames that it records in. If you want your files more organized so that they are easier to import and edit, there's some other things you can do. "Reset Video (or Image) No." (located in the Menu settings) stores any further recordings in a new folder. Also most, import and explorer windows allow you to arrange the icons so that they are shown in the order that they are modified (or recorded).
