Incorporating in Nevada a good idea?

   I was going to incorporate in NY (my home film/vid prod company) but I heard that incorporating in Nevada is more advantageous tax-wise. has anyone had this experience? pros and cons please?

   Many corporations incorporate in Delaware for many reasons - You should speak with a local attorney (or three) and find out what they recommend.
