In need of encoding/streaming advice

   In search of Professional advice.
   
   I am having some feature length movies that will stream over the net to all corners of the world.
   What I am in need of is advice to what ENCODING SPEC I should aim for to get the BEST quality available.
   
   Currently we are having an Encoding company encode at 750KBPS and our Trailers at 350KBPS
   
   It's these other specs that we have NO idea about.
   PIXEL DENSITY/ COLOR SATURATION / SOUND FORMAT etc – I don’t know the calibration nos
   
   Can anyone help and pass on some useful advice?
