import clips Elements 3.0

   Canon GL2 used and no time zone set. I have 6 hrs and want to import with scene detect so clips are broken. Any solutions for this after the recording has been done. Suppose I can do manuelly but 6 hrs, you see the problem. Thanks for any solutions.
