iMovie For TV Commercial - HELP!

   Hi all!
   I'm on a really low budget for an event I'm producing so I was hoping to do a simple TV commercial using iMovie. Do any of you have any suggestions as far as size, settings and output for making a quality TV commercial using iMovie? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

   Pre-production is key in any production. If you pre-produce, produce, and post-produce properly, following your ideas the whole way (and your pre-production plans in latter steps), you will have a good product.
   
   As for size, settings, output:
   DV NTSC or DV PAL, depending on your region.
