I need some advice...

   I need a self contained relatively simple video editing sytem. I just need to be able to move around shots and cut them down, plus adding some simple titles and possibly transitions. Thats it. I have a home video camera and USB connector cables. I don't want to use my home PC (its too old) for this, I just want a seperate system. Money is a definite issue. What is the most inexpensive sytem that will fit my requirements?
   
   Sound is not an issue. I do professional sound for customers and own plenty of equipment.

   well you could actually probably buy/build a relatively capable Computer for chepaer than any standlaone box also what format are you shooting on??? MiniDV how are you gonna use USB??

   I'v talked to several people and they gave me some good info on building a pc. I'll probably do that. I meant firewire, sorry, not USB. Thanx everybudy!
