I use Screenblast Video Factory Deluxe, Edition, and Studio 8... all having features I use. All also produce the same pixilated flickering. The avi files created pre-flicker still look great... re-renders look bad. Previews of newly captured DV both my cameras (including my new VX2100) have this problem. Recently I found the voice overs newly recorded sound like I'm across the room... stuck in a barrel.
In effort to find something that worked, and curiosity, I down loaded and/or picked up demos for Avid, Vegas, and Studio 9... could this, exacerbate the situation?
Finally, after editing (or at least experimenting) for 2 years, I'm disappointed by Edition. Avid is nicer than Edition, but Vegas seems to hit the mark. I would like to have professional software, approach, work flow and result. Can Vegas fit or should I look harder at Avid.
