   After Effects (PC/Mac), Boris Red (PC/Mac), Motion (Mac). There are others but those come immediately to mind. You'll probably need some plug-ins like Trapcode Particulate (PC/Mac) to get the light trails if your Motion Graphics software doesn't have the capability.
