high speed camera Vision vs. NAC?

    Does anyone have any experience with the Vision Research Phantom Series, namely the M110 or with the NAC Image Technology GX-3 cameras? For that matter, is there another brand of high speed that you guys like better than either of these? I have a budget of around $30K & need frame rates of around 5000-7000fps or more. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
