Help with video tutorial of car chase scene

   In the last issue, there was a video tutorial with files to download. I am using Adobe Premiere Elements and can not open the .dv files. Why? What is the .dv file format used in? Any other way to use those? I would like to do this project with my students.

   Try changing the file extension from .dv to .avi and see if that helps. Let me know if it's still not working correctly.
